Genspark Plus is $24.99 a month and resets its credits monthly. Here's a cheaper Genspark alternative for PPT decks, sheets and docs, and when to stay.
The best Genspark alternative for PPT is a tool that writes a real, editable PowerPoint file for less than Genspark Plus costs. Genspark Plus is $24.99 a month (or $239.99 a year) as of October 2026, its monthly credits don't roll over, and since September 18, 2026 new subscribers get a weekly quota for standard-mode slides instead of unlimited chat. If you mostly use Genspark for decks, spreadsheets and documents, you can get the same files for less. If you rely on its AI phone calls, website builder or PowerPoint add-in, stay.
For founders who want the files, we'd pick Zemith. Zemith Plus is $15.99 a month or $179.88 a year. You describe the deck in a chat, attach your numbers or notes, and get an editable .pptx back in the chat's Files panel. The same chat can return the Excel model behind the charts and a Word memo, and you choose the model for each step: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok and others. That's $9 a month less than Genspark Plus billed monthly, and about $60 a year less billed yearly.
Prices as of October 10, 2026, in US dollars:
| Monthly price | Yearly price | How the deck is made | Other files in the same plan | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zemith Plus | $15.99 | $179.88 | Ask in chat; the .pptx is written by code in a cloud sandbox | Excel, Word, PDF, charts from your data, plus images and video |
| Genspark Plus | $24.99 | $239.99 | AI Slides agent; export to PPTX, PDF or Google Slides | AI Sheets, AI Docs, phone calls, Genspark Code |
| Gamma Plus | About $12 | About $108 | Web cards from a prompt; PPTX export on all plans | Documents and web pages, no spreadsheets |
| Copilot in PowerPoint | $9.99 (Microsoft 365 Personal) | $99.99 | Inside PowerPoint itself | Word and Excel, with usage limits |

Genspark moved paid members to a weekly quota. Its membership page says Plus now includes a weekly "Free Quota" for standard-mode work in Super Agent, AI Slides, AI Sheets, AI Docs, Deep Research and a few other agents. Once that runs out, tasks draw on your monthly credits. Ultra mode and flagship models use credits from the start.
Members who subscribed before September 18, 2026 keep unlimited AI Chat and AI Image through December 31, 2026. New members get core chat and image models "at no credit cost within the limit". So if you join now, a heavy week of decks can push you into credits sooner than older reviews suggest.
Two rules matter for budgeting, both from Genspark's credits guide: monthly credits reset each billing period and never carry over, and only top-up packs last longer (three months). Paying yearly doesn't change that; you still get the credits one month at a time.
Often, yes. Genspark's AI Slides page says you can export to PPTX, PDF or Google Slides, and there's a Genspark add-in for PowerPoint. The decks look polished because, according to third-party guides, Genspark lays each slide out as a web page before converting it.
That design step is also where people run into trouble. Third-party write-ups report exports where text shifts position or a slide arrives as a picture rather than editable text boxes. One of those tests comes from Tosea, a competing slide tool, so treat it with care. The quick check: open the exported file in PowerPoint and click a headline. If it selects as text, you're fine. If the whole slide selects as one image, you'll be rebuilding it by hand.
Zemith takes the other route. The file tools run in a cloud sandbox with Python, Node and LibreOffice, and the deck is built with a presentation library that places real PowerPoint text boxes, shapes, tables and charts. What you download is a .pptx you can edit like any other, and Zemith can preview it in the Files panel before you open it.
A founder's deck is rarely just slides. It sits on a model, a metrics export and a one-page update. That's where a chat that makes every file type is useful, and why we'd recommend Zemith for this job. Here's what a monthly investor update looks like:
metrics-sept-2026.csv and last month's deck if you have one. Pick a model you trust with numbers, such as Claude 5.5 Sonnet or Gemini 3.1 Pro.Build an 8-slide investor update for September 2026 from the attached CSV. Slide 1 is the headline: MRR, growth and runway in one line. Chart MRR and burn for the last six months. One slide on what went wrong and what we're changing. Keep last month's layout and colors.
investor-update-sept.pptx in the Files panel. If you need market background first, deep research runs in the same app: it proposes a plan, waits for your approval and writes a cited report you can turn into slides. A run uses 100,000 credits out of the 1.5 million in Plus.
The AI presentation maker page covers the deck side in more detail, and Zemith for founders covers the rest of the job.
On list price, yes: $15.99 against $24.99 a month, or $179.88 against $239.99 a year. Both tools meter heavy work with credits, so don't pick either one expecting unlimited use.
Zemith charges by model. On Plus, GPT 6 Luna costs 3 credits per 100 input tokens and Claude 5.5 Sonnet costs 46, so you can draft on a cheaper model and switch to Claude for the final pass in the same chat. If you run out, top-ups start at $10 for 800,000 credits. Genspark's top-up packs are priced inside the app and last three months.
If you also pay for a separate chatbot, the gap grows. Genspark Plus with ChatGPT Plus at $20 is $44.99 a month. Zemith Plus covers chat with GPT, Claude and Gemini, the Office files, image and video generation in Creative Studio, and Library projects for studying your own documents, for $15.99.
Zemith's file tools need a paid plan and a tool-capable model. The Free plan is chat only. If your decks end in PowerPoint for clients on their own template, our Gamma alternative for consultants post covers that case.
We read Genspark's membership plans page and credits guide, Microsoft's Copilot plan page and Zemith's pricing page on October 10, 2026. Genspark's AI Slides page blocked automated access, so its export options come from the page's search-indexed text and Genspark's Microsoft Marketplace listing. Gamma's prices come from a third-party summary because its pricing page blocks automated access. Export problems with Genspark come from third-party write-ups, which we flag as such. Zemith's capabilities come from its product code on the same day. We didn't run timed or quality benchmarks.
Genspark is a capable all-in-one agent, and its slides look good. But if your use is mostly decks, sheets and documents, you're paying $24.99 a month for agents you don't use, on credits that reset every month. Zemith Plus gives founders editable PowerPoint, Excel and Word files from the model of their choice for $15.99 a month. That's the Genspark alternative we'd pick.
